I understand that this is an unmanned, set-up-only sensory play experience and that adult supervision is required at all times.

I understand that this form is a pre-booking request and does not confirm my party date until availability has been checked. If the date is available, a £45 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the party.
