These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, events and product purchases made through More Roar Dinosaur.

By booking a session or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Bookings

​

Story Club sessions and events must be booked in advance via our website. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

 

2. Payments

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our website provider. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.

 

3. Cancellations & Transfers (Story Club & Events)

 

If you are unable to attend a session: Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be transferred to another available date (subject to availability). Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If More Roar Dinosaur needs to cancel a session, you will be offered: A transfer to another date or A full refund

 

4. Parent/Carer Responsibility

 

All sessions are parent/carer accompanied unless otherwise stated. Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising their child at all times and for managing any medical needs during sessions. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs at the time of booking.

 

5. Photography & Media

 

From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Written consent is always requested in advance. Children will never be photographed or filmed without parental permission.

 

6. Products & Orders

 

When purchasing products: Full payment is required at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographs so we can resolve the issue. Due to the nature of handmade or personalised items, some products may be non-refundable unless faulty.

 

7. Liability

 

While we take reasonable steps to provide a safe and welcoming environment, participation in sessions is at your own risk. More Roar Dinosaur is not liable for loss, damage or injury except where caused by negligence.
