This Refund Policy applies to all bookings and product purchases made directly through the More Roar Dinosaur website.
1. Story Club & Event Bookings
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a session:

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be transferred to another available date (subject to availability).

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If More Roar Dinosaur needs to cancel a session, you will be offered:

A transfer to another date
or -
A full refund
2. Physical Products (Purchased Directly from This Website)
If you purchase a physical product directly through the More Roar Dinosaur website:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
3. Books Purchased via Amazon
Some books featured on this website are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.
All purchases, returns and refunds for books bought through Amazon must be handled directly through Amazon in accordance with their returns policy.
More Roar Dinosaur is not responsible for processing refunds or returns for books purchased via Amazon.
