Shopping List Hack

Shopping is not one of Finley's liked things to do, this makes life challenging! (Especially given the current situation- Lockdown) we would usually online shop but having to change has set some anxiety of for Finley and mummy. So I took on this little hack to try and keep his mind distracted enough for us to get round and get what we needed!

I made visual shopping list. Please excuse my random selection of items, it was for my birthday, we were having a bbq and making cake! Everything was sectioned off into categorises... chilled, shelf, frozen. I also ordered them in order of our local shop layout to make things a bit easier to find.

Fin was super excited when I told him he was going to do the shopping, We left the house without a fuss and he walked nicely pushing his little trolley.

Totally worked! A stress free shop... and we had so many comments on how cute him and his little trolley were. <3

Shopping... DONE!
