Fins Shop

A very simple and easy to do idea. All you need is a table, some Velcro, some things to make a sign and some toy accessories. I used hot glue to attach the sign into the plastic pots and then stuck Velcro on the bottom of the pots. This was the easiest way I could think to save my table! The Velcro on the table should (I hope) come off without damaging the table but for now it's no big deal as this table is part of a nest of tables, so when the table is put away under the biggest table of the nest then the Velcro isn't seen and I can have my table back. Then of course, just reattach the sign again when you want to play shops!

We did not have a till so we improvised! Here's Fin handing me his money to pay. It'll be great for learning when he's older and understands money... but for now, he's happy. He also has a little bank card to swipe! <3

Trolleys and cars make for excellent role play! Also the boxes for food on the shelves are just inside out Easter egg boxes (incase you were wondering).

We added little paper baggies too! <3

Staying in character... it's more fun this way!
